Client should call to confirm reservation if confirmation email, call, or text is NOT received, Communication errors may occur.
Client must be ready to depart at the contracted departure time; we allow 10 minutes grace period before fees are assessed.
Airport service is transfer-based. Additional waiting, stopping, dropping, etc. will incur additional charges.
Flight delays may result transportation delays if logistical conflicts arise with other scheduled runs.
Client understands airline flight tracking systems do not always reflect accurate information.
Client will update (if possible) of flight delays (ARRIVALS), flights are tracked via on-line airline system.
Client MUST inform of flight changes since we can only track flights based on the information provided.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund* if cancelled 72 hours before service.(*Minus credit card transaction fees)
Customs, lost baggage and delays out of our control will result in hourly charges.
Client agrees to pay for waiting time resulting from lost baggage and/or other unforeseen delays exceeding 30 minutes.
Delay rate: Rate divided by 2 incurred every 30 minutes. Example $75/2=$37.50 add charge incurred 45 minutes after arrival.
